It took a serious amount of sorting to send more than 200 Beer Festival Table and Bench Sets to pubs up and down the country – especially when the order came in just two weeks before kick-off.
But we love a challenge and we couldn’t wait to work with Punch Pubs & Co, which has 1,300 pubs across the UK and has its base in Burton Upon Trent.
Two hundred Beer Festival Table and Bench Sets were delivered to more than 35 Punch pubs across four corners of the UK.
The pubs needed to create more seating for football fans because Covid rules meant that guest had to remain seated during the games.
Ahead of kick-off, Punch and its publicans worked hard to install outdoor TV screens in the pub’s beer gardens and many of the venues needed more seating to accommodate sports fans wanting to visit their favourite local to watch the games.
The enquiry came in to In Your Corner on May 26 – two weeks before the first match on June 11.
It was paramount that we could successfully process and deliver the Beer Festival Table and Bench Sets in time – and we are proud to say that we did.

In this case, our Beer Festival Table and Bench Sets were the perfect product for Punch pubs, which wanted to show the matches on big TV screens in their beer gardens.
The brief from Punch was to keep football fans comfortable – and seated outside – while they enjoyed a pint and watched the football.

This order was particularly challenging for us because we had to turn it around so quickly.
It was vital that we got to work immediately. We had to process the order of the Beer Festival Table and Bench Sets as soon as possible so they could be delivered within the required time. We travelled the length and breadth of the country fulfilling the order.
All 35 deliveries were completed in one day – with no failed deliveries!
We are proud of this achievement because it allowed people to go out and have some fun which was just what the country needed after the Covid lockdown.
And didn’t the England team give us a great summer – one which we will never forget!
